Lisa Hood

Lisa is a 500-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance.

She began her spiritual journey over 20 years ago as she began to look within herself to find connections with her mind, body and soul. This journey of discovery led her to yoga in 1999. ย In 2001, Lisa completed a โ€œYoga for the Special Childโ€ training under the Sonya Sumar Method. ย She incorporated this new training into her daily classroom routine while teaching children with Autism.

For the past 19 years, Lisa has resided in Chalfont with her husband and 3 boys. ย 

In 2018, after suffering from foot injuries and back issues, she knew she needed to return to the mat on a more consistent basis to heal her physical, emotional, and spiritual body. ย In her desire to deepen her practice, Lisa completed a 200-hour Teacher Training at Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary under Elle Kaplan and Claudine Schuster in August 2019. Lisa completed her 300-hour Teacher Training under Sally Delisle and Claudine Schuster at Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary in October 2021 and is also a certified Yin Yoga Teacher under Childlight Yoga. She enjoys teaching vinyasa, yin yoga, yoga nidra and chair yoga.

Lisaโ€™s classes offer creative sequencing with themes and/or peak poses, opportunities to pause and check in with the self and the breath, and encouragement to make each pose your own.

 

 

 


Jill Foltz

Jill is passionate about living a holistic, natural lifestyle and inspiring and uplifting others. She has been teaching a variety of her own unique meditation based self-empowerment classes since 2004. After practicing Yoga for several years she decided to deepen her practice by taking Yoga Treeโ€™s 200 Hour Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training under the direction of Elle Kaplan. She has trained and received a certification in Restorative Yoga with Gisele Mogan.ย She is a Reiki practitioner and a Theta Healing practitioner. ย Jillย has created and hosted retreats in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania and hosts a yearly retreat in Costa Rica. ย Jill loves being outside in nature, gardening, herbalism, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family; she has 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

 

Megan Medl

Megan completed her 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance in 2017 & because of her drive to gain more knowledge she is enrolled in her 300 hr this fall with Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary .
With Megan’s soft & patient approach ,she loves to share her joy of yoga with her students . She teaches many types is yoga including restorative,Gentle,
All levels flow,vinyasa & chair yoga . You’ll leave her classes feeling relaxed & grounded.

 

Jillian Bracken

Jillian Bracken is from Bucks County, PA. ย She received her yoga certification (200hrs) from Karma Yoga Center in Denver, Colorado. Jillian lived in Colorado for a year traveling and experiencing new cultures and meeting people from all over the world while living in a renovated RV. ย She has an AS degree in psychology and has worked with all types of special needs children. She is a competitive volleyball player. She instructs all from meditative yoga, gentle flow to handstands/advanced poses. ย She is an eternal student with a goal to help people from the inside out, focusing on mind and spirit first, then moving into the body releasing and manifesting our most authentic self. Jillianโ€™s Gentle Flow class is geared towards connecting the breath first, then slowly moving through various beginner yoga poses. As much as she loves to be upside down, climbing boulders and mountains, she understands the foundation of breath and mind come first, before movement.

 

Laurie Foulds

Laurie is a health and wellness coach and loves all things fitness. She is our resident certified Pound Pro and Pound Unplugged Pro. She is a Level II Reiki Practitioner and completed her 200 hour Yoga certification under the guidance of Theresa Moore through the Awaken Program. Laurie found yoga in college but didnโ€™t continue with it until after a car accident left her with only 50% movement in her body. She is always full speed ahead but also understands the importance of slowing down and letting go. Laurie always strives for more and is continually looking for ways to improve herself and what she offers to others. With everything she teaches she ensures itโ€™s for everybody with every body!ย 

Laurie is a resident of Montgomery County and has been married to her high school sweet heart for the past 20 years. Together, they have a beautiful 18 year old daughter and 5 furry kids! She holds a B.A. from Temple University in Accounting and Business Management. She also owns her own nutrition company, In The Fould Nutrition.

June Psculkowski

June has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge and stories with others. She started to become involved with meditation, crystals, and chakras in 2012 and continued every year since learning more about a holistic lifestyle.ย  June completed the Peaceful Journeys 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program ~ Awaken in 2021.ย  She is a Reiki practitioner receiving attunement and knowledge of the Usui System of Natural Healing certifications in 2021 and 2022.ย  Beginning in 2022, June started leading monthly Chakra Workshops at PJS guiding others to expand their โ€œtoolboxesโ€ with affirmations, meditation, crystals, essential oils, yoga, and food for chakra nourishment. She believes in positive energy and that there is something for everyone to learn and share.

Diane Davis

Diane is passionate about practicing yoga with kids of all abilities. She comes to Peaceful Journeyโ€™s with her 200 HR Teacher Training as well as her 26 HR Kids Yoga certification. Diane also has her 6 HR Accessible yoga training and countless hours working with the special need community. Diane is a level 2 Reiki practitioner andย trained in Chakra work and crystals. Diane has worked for Central Bucks School District in Special Education for 17 years.


Kim McClain Perillo

Kim Mcclain Perillo has lived all over the country with her four kids, calling Bucks County home since 2007. ย Kim has a background in food and beverage and loves to create foods that balance chakras, support gluten free diets and feed your soul. ย Kim is a new yoga teacher with a 200 hours yoga certification from Theresa Moore, and is a Reiki Level II practitioner. ย At Peaceful Journeyโ€™s, Kim is involved with healing workshops, chakra balancing, book clubs and working with essential oils.

 


Sharon Kachel

Sharon Kachel provides individual sound healing therapy for a few minutes on each person before the group sound bath meditation. Using Alchemy bowls for every chakra and the sharp notes in between, creating a smooth energy flow for you to enjoy. Crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls, blown crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, frequencies and Angelic reiki are all part of the sound bath ย meditation ! You will be high vibration for days!
